Please read these Terms of Service carefully. By booking or using our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.

General Terms

Bookings & Availability

• Our services are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
• Advance booking is strongly recommended to secure your preferred vehicle and time, especially for game days and major events.

Payment Policies

• A 50% deposit is required to confirm all reservations.
• The remaining balance must be paid at least one week prior to the scheduled service date.
• Accepted payment methods include major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, AMEX) and fee-free options such as Zelle, Venmo, or CashApp.
• Credit card payments may be subject to processing fees.

Hourly Service & Overtime Charges

• A minimum of 4 hours is required for sedans, SUVs, limousines, and Sprinter vans. Certain peak dates or specialty vehicles may require longer minimums.
• After the minimum time, billing is calculated in full-hour increments. Any portion of an additional hour will be billed as a full hour.
• Services provided between 12:01 a.m. and 5:59 a.m. may include a late-night surcharge ranging from $25 to $50.

Holiday & Long-Distance Surcharges

• Trips exceeding a 45-mile radius from our base location may include additional mileage fees and travel time charges.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Airport Transfers

• Local airport transfers require a minimum of 4 hours’ notice for cancellation to avoid charges.
• Domestic and international airport transfers require at least 24 hours’ notice.

Hourly Rentals & Event Bookings

• Cancellations made within 30 business days of the scheduled service will forfeit the deposit.
• Cancellations made within 15 business days will be charged the full service amount.
• All reservations for sports games, stadium events, concerts, proms, museums, and major tournaments are non-refundable.

Changes or Cancellations

• All changes or cancellations must be confirmed in writing by Sporting Limo ATL.
• Contacting the chauffeur directly to cancel or modify a reservation is not permitted.

Cleaning & Damage Fees

• No eating or smoking is allowed inside our vehicles.
• Smoking in any vehicle will result in a $600 cleaning fee.
• A $500 cleaning fee will apply if a vehicle requires cleaning due to illness.
• Clients are responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle during the rental period.

Waiting Time & Additional Stops

Airport Pickup Waiting Time

• 15 minutes of complimentary wait time for residential, office, and hotel pickups.
• 30 minutes for domestic flight arrivals.
• 60 minutes for international flight arrivals.

Additional Stops

• Each additional stop within a reasonable distance will incur a $25 fee.

SMS Terms of Service

By opting in to receive SMS messages from Sporting Limo ATL through our website or other communication channels, you consent to receive messages related to reservations, reminders, updates, and billing notifications.

Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. You may reply STOP at any time to opt out or HELP for assistance.

Safety & Conduct

• Illegal substances are strictly prohibited inside our vehicles.
• Standing through sunroofs or engaging in unsafe behavior is not allowed.
• Any misconduct may result in immediate termination of service without a refund.

Liability

• Sporting Limo ATL is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, accidents, or other unforeseen circumstances.
• If a vehicle becomes unavailable due to mechanical issues, a comparable replacement will be provided when possible.
• We are not responsible for items left in vehicles, though reasonable efforts will be made to return lost property.

Final Agreement

By using Sporting Limo ATL services, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms of Service.
